A Glimpse in Makkah & Taif Road

Long distance trip via land is a normal part of the job when you are here in Saudi Arabia, especially when your profession is align in a field work. As a part of my position during fast year, I mostly travel and assigned to some isolated rural area of the kingdom where the line of communication are yet to be establish. As hobby to take snap of beautiful views along  on the way, that things give me a reason to enjoy my work.

So I just wanna share one of the highlights during the days when I got a chance to travel for the first to time to Jeddah.

August2009 a week ago when I got new DSLR camera, my company assigned me to Jeddah (1061 km distance from Riyadh City or 8-9hours via land trip) in a field work for 2 days with  my colleague and that was so exciting for me because for the first time I'm gonna have an opportunity to start abd develop  shooting skills (if I have) in photography, but as well I am also excited to my first long trip as a chance to explore the kingdom's  attracting views.

Makkah is one of the oldest city in the world and where the Muslim religion started. Since I wasn't able to pass and witness the Mecca prior to my religion conflict so I took it only the outside views while passing in the City. (still I'm lucky)

Taif is located in the central foothills of the western mountains of Saudi Arabia. Its altitudes of 4,800 feet gives Taif one of the most pleasant climates in the Kingdom.

And since I am still in learning stage in photography so this is all my best shots that I can share here in my blogs.

What makes me benefits? as ofw here in KSA, for me is a pleasure to see and visit the some tourist spot of the country as experience and having background of how Pinoy, can adopt a different culture of living.
