Finally I had chances to take a four days vacation before summer will end at Boracay island, and it is really worth relieving into myself despite of being Ofw in middle east for two years. So what I have experience and discover on the island is this how to explore it.
How to explore Boracay?
Actually if you will go as single traveler without package tour with your own air fare ticket, there is many cheap hotel or lodging house that you may found around 1k-2k per night which little bit far on the beach. But if you are in a group much better take the tour packages offering by many hotels.
Best activities to enjoy staying in Boracay, are the following.
A. Swimming at the Beach - if you don't feel to swim in crowded beach you may go into Polka Beach just ride only in the tricycle cab and tell them to bring you there.
B. Island Hopping - when you are in island hopping much better to go in a group so that you can save little bit fare in renting the motorized boat and it includes the Snorkeling activities.
C. Boracay Bat Caves - if you want to feel the nature trip activities you can explore the island through visiting there 2 Bat Caves which will give you true satisfaction to comeback.
D. The rest are through renting Bug Car (4 wheel motor), Kayaking, Parasailing, Jet ski, Diving lesson, Small racing car track, Zip line, Shop at D'Mall, gimmick at the Bar during night time (Club Paraw & Guilly's Island), watching Fire dance at night and many more side trip activities.
Budget for planning vacation in Boracay, I would suggest 15-20k Php for 3days and 2 nights including the airfare so that you will enjoy really your trip.
