THE QUEEN IS HOME!!! 🚨
Miss Universe Catriona Gray arrived in Manila Friday night for her homecoming parades and other related activities which will kick off on Wednesday, Feb. 20. Gray arrived past 9 p.m. at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) Terminal 3 in Paranaque City aboard Qatar Airways Flight No. QR-928, according to a report by “State of the Nation” news program on GMA News TV hosted by award-winning broadcast journalist Jessica Soho.
Wearing simple white tops, jeans, and sneakers, Gray was accompanied by staff members from the Miss Universe Organization.
From the passengers’ tube, Gray rode the electric cart as she waved at the people at the airport. The beauty queen did not grant any interviews upon arrival.
The same news program said that media men covering the airport were also barred from taking pictures of the beauty queen. It also reported that Gray’s arrival was kept from the media and they were initially told that she was not coming.
However, media men waited at the airport and finally saw her coming out of the VIP exit of the premier airport. Organizers did not say where Gray would be staying prior to her press conference and homecoming parade next week.
